Viewing & Consultation
We operate by appointment only, kindly book an appointment prior to visiting us. We will allocate you an appointment at your convenience. During your consultation, we will be happy to guide you through our collection and review the designs that you have in mind. Please feel free to send any designs to us that you would like us to bear in mind, we can then set aside a range of products from our collection for your appointment.
In the event that you wish to commission your very own bespoke CAD design, we can work with you to create your very own piece of fine jewellery. There is an upfront charge for this service of £50 for each design that we create for you. This charge will be offset and can be redeemed against any firm order that you then place with us.
We prefer that you come and collect your fine jewelry by appointment once it has passed our final quality control checks and is ready for collection, it makes it that bit more special, but if you can't get to us we can always ship it to you by insured next day delivery to a UK mainland address. Please contact us for a quote for international shipping and shipping to BFPO addresses. Rest assured your jewelry will be sent in discrete packaging with no indication of the contents of the parcel.
