We offer complimentary professional polishing to maintain your jewellery's high quality standards. We also carry out an inspection to ensure the quality of your jewellery once every year from the date of your purchase.
Additional cleaning and polishing each year can be carried out from £30.
Our timeframe for polishing is estimated 1 - 2 weeks depending on the time of year of business.
We know that from time to time, things change but it is important to us throughout that you can always wear your Diamond Jewels. This is why we offer complimentary resizing on our jewellery for the first 2 adjustments. There may be technical limitations on how much we can adjust the size of your ring dependent upon the design, where this is the case, we will let you know. Any further resizing can be carried out for a small fee dependent on the level of adjustment needed. Please note that rings set with gemstones around the entire outer circumference, such as full eternity rings, cannot be resized, as doing so would disturb the setting of the gemstones causing irreparable damage.

Laser engraving of any item of jewellery you purchase from us is complimentary. There may be technical limitations on what part of your jewellery we can engrave, as well as the number of characters dependent upon its design. We will of course fully consult with you to ensure you are happy with any proposed engraving.
We guarantee any jewellery you purchase from us against manufacturing defects for as long as you own it, providing it is not altered or tampered with. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
